Chris is a Digital UX and Product Strategist with over 15 years of experience designing high-impact customer experiences across fintech, government, enterprise SaaS, and AI-enabled products. He works at the intersection of UX, product strategy, and AI integration to help businesses move from ideas to validated solutions quickly.
His approach blends design thinking, rapid design sprints, and practical AI application. He focuses on real customer problems, measurable outcomes, and scalable product thinking rather than theory.
Chris has led product and UX work for clients including OFX, Woolworths, Statekraft, CSIRO, Queensland Government, and NSW Parks. In 2024 he founded Digi.Ex to bring a prototype-first, AI-enabled approach to digital product design — helping businesses validate ideas fast and build products that customers actually want.
He is also the host of Experts in the Loop, a podcast exploring emerging technology, AI trends, and their real-world implications for products and businesses.
